Owen has trained under Tom Hibbert of Winning Strength as a professional athlete since 2009 which led to him being mentored by Tom, becoming a Winning Strength coach in 2010. As a national to world ranked athlete, champion of various sports & an all-time world record holder, Owen understands exactly what it takes to reach an elite level. Since 2013, Owen has specialised in coaching calisthenics & streetlifting strength training.
